When you trade with someone it says

You have traded (***) to (***) take proof that you traded that with screenshot

then take proof that the person scamed you

there acount can get deleted and you get your stuff back

hows that sound????

this is ment to get your stuff back from scammers.

They can ban people if you send in a support ticket, screenshots, and give them the time of day (and have it all written in coherent english...), but they can't give you your stuff back.

This subject has been discussed time and time again. The answer from ANet is always the same; be very careful while trading, take a screenshot, note the time and place, report, your stuff will not be returned.
